YOUR GIFTBASKET – COMPANY POLICIES

All orders remain the property of Your Giftbasket until full payment for said orders is received.

1. SHIPPING/ORDER

Order Information:

There are four ways how to place your order:

* For your convenience you can order online.

* You can also place your order by calling ++49 (0)34298 7 35 14

* You can also place your order by Telefax ++49 (0)34298 7 35 16

* Or email us at contact(at)your-giftbasket.com with your order.

Please send us the recipient's name, address and telephone number. And don't forget to include your telephone number, because we may need it to clarify your order details.

Delivery Information:
Your Giftbasket ships to all EU countries and worldwide.
Non EU shipments require personal contact to establish extra shipping and tax costs.
We don't deliver any alcohol into the USA and Great Britain.

All baskets are shipped by Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, unless a faster delivery method is requested.

Shipping Terms:

* 1-2 business days standard shipping in Germany,

* in Europe, depends on the area

* worldwide, depends on the area

Please notice that Hellmann delivery is available Monday-Friday.

Incorrect Addresses:

If a gift is returned to us because of incorrect or insufficient address, we will attempt to contact you for the right address. Additional Parcel Service fees will be charged to your account, since Parcel Service will bill us for the redelivery.

Sales tax:

For deliveries in Germany, sales tax will be added to all orders.

The price for each item is the retail price and includes the retail tax.

2. PRIVACY

Your Giftbasket respects the privacy of each and every customer and strives for maintaining that trust. We will never release any information to a third party for any reason whatsever unless compelled by a court of law.

3. METHOD OF PAYMENT

* cash (hand delivery)

* bank remittance

* credit card- only for international customers

With payment with credit card, a proportionate credit card-charge for height of 3 percent of the purchase price is calculated. This amount is presented separately in the bill.

4. CANCELED OR CHANGES IN ORDERS

24 hour notice is required for any reason you need to change or cancel your order. Please notify us immediately at ++49 (0)34298 7 35 14 or e-mail us. We try to accommodate our Customers with the fastest yet most efficient way of shipping orders. Therefore if the gift has already been shipped regardless if cancellation was made within the allotted 24 hours we are unable to make a refund or change to order. If order was not shipped we would be happy to fill your request for cancellation No questions asked.

5. RETURN

A no return policy is essential for all Gourmet Food Baskets. All baskets and boxes sales are final. All other gift purchases must be returned unopened and returned within 7 days of received date in order to receive a full refund. Shipping Charges are not refundable or reimbursable.

We will issue a refund or credit on the cost of any basket that is damaged in shipping. We request that you report the damage to us immediately. It is important to keep all packaging as it may be requested by the carrier (please return the basket unopened to us). We will make every effort to replace any damaged basket/box to insure your complete satisfaction.

Baby Cakes are non-returnable.

6. SUBSTITUTION POLICY

All photos of products are examples and do not necessarily reflect the final delivered product.

From time to time, orders come in at such a pace that we temporarily run out of a particular basket item. In this case, we do reserve the right to substitute another product of equal or greater value to ensure your basket gets out on time. Thanks for your understanding.

We do not ship chocolate during the warm months of May until September. We can substitute meltable chocolates with other chocolate items such as cookies or fudges and so on.

We do not ship food to America or other countries that have agricultural restrictions which apply to certain plant material. In these cases we can help you and recommend gift basket designers in the required countries.
